End of the World

Well, here it is.  Unless you've been living under a rock, you know it's 21 December, 2012.  Some folks have got quite into an uproar about it.  Satanists have considered it a "Holy Day" (12-12-12) aka (2x 6-6-6).  Puh-lease.  Most have determined Nero was the "Beast" (not the Romulan, but the Roman).  Shrug.

So yeah, 21 Dec 2012 is the end of the Mayan calendar where they ran out of room, so for some, it could portend the End of the World (tm).  So what are we supposed to do?  Well, I for one am going out with a fight.  I have my trusty Ibanez Saber (from Japan itself) hitched-up to my 6-Space rack-unit (aka The Cosmic Cube) of which contains several goodies, and then into an effects-loop, aka a pedal-board of boutique, hand-selected guitar pedals, (aka The Thing Ring) [as it loops back into The Cosmic Cube] as such, a ring.  I'm fully prepared to activate everything all at-once as need-be in case of asteroid-attack from the Gamalons, dimensional-portals opening in un-nice fashion, or just plain demon-foolery and fight bard-style against various nemesis in the same vein as the band The Darkness did so in their video, "I Believe in a Thing Called Love" or the band KISS in Kiss Meet the Phantom of the Park.  Because I still believe that Rock and Roll can save the world.

So what else can you do if you can't rock-out?  Well, firstly ...

or, at least the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy insists.  You could even dine at The Restaurant at the End of the Universe and listen to the band Disaster Area if you must.

Or, simply, listen to The Eagle's "Journey of the Sorcerer" and pray.  Enjoy.. and.. good luck, everyone.
